1. Order Processing Time

All our t-shirts are printed with care.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship all orders directly from our hub in Gurugram, Haryana. Currently, we provide shipping services across India.

3. Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD)

We understand the importance of convenience and trust.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pin codes.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to make the payment to our delivery partner when your package arrives.

4. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide the most affordable and reliable shipping options available.

5. Delivery Times

  • Local (Delhi/NCR): 2-3 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or extreme weather.

6. 7-Day Return & Exchange Shipping

If you need to return your item within our 7-day window:

  • Please contact us at: avocsfashion@gmail.com to initiate the process.

  • Depending on the reason for the return, customers may be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

8. Damaged Items

In the rare event that your printed t-shirt arrives damaged, please email us immediately at: avocsfashion@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
