  • Online Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We are happy to offer Cash on Delivery. Please ensure you are available at the shipping address to receive the package and make the payment at the time of delivery. Failure to accept COD orders may result in a restriction on future orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Origin: All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Gurugram, Haryana.

  • Timelines: While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary based on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Avoc's Fashion.

  • 7-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the t-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags intact.

  • Process: Please contact our support team at ankviv84483@gmail.com to initiate your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Avoc's Fashion is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Avoc's Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
